The legendary full cheek crankshaft suitable for mopeds / mopeds with Sachs 50/3 engines (not to be confused with 503 engines), which have L17 crankshaft bearings.
High-quality, precision-fit crankshaft weighing 1062 grams, which has proven itself in various load tests.
This crankshaft was designed for use in engines with a large increase in performance.
All balancing holes in the cheeks have been sealed with aluminum inserts for maximum pre-compression.
The solid connecting rod is equipped with a more stable 16 mm connecting rod pin, which is hollow on the inside for better balancing.
Dimension:
The needle bearing (12/15 x14.7 mm) is included in the scope of delivery.

Installation tip:The transition between the crank webs and cheek pins is provided with a slight radius for reinforcement. To ensure clean spacing, the first spacer washer should be provided with a slight chamfer on the left and right. This then lies neatly over the chamfer and centers itself perfectly. The other spacers can be used as normal.
