Professionally spindled to Ø 52 mm Addy E50 4-bearing racing engine case for your Puch moped / moped.
Thanks to the gouging, it is possible to fit large 47 mm cylinder kits such as those from Gilardoni Italkit, Airsal or Parmakit. The slightly larger cylinder mounting surface ensures that tuning cylinders still have sufficient sealing surface available.
The housing was specially designed and manufactured for the tuning sector, which is why some components such as the flat surface for mounting a kick starter have been omitted.
The case has the following special features:
- Enlarged sealing surfaces in the area of the cylinder base
- slightly outwardly offset housing screws, leaving more space for larger overflow ducts
- prepared milling surfaces for GME inlet systems
- Fitting pins for secure positioning when assembling the housings
- Additional threads for a more flexible edge assembly
- Extra-large cooling fins in the lower area for better temperature dissipation and thus reduced wear on the crankshaft bearings
- Pin holder, 3 pcs. M6 thread at the original spacing
- Approved in all SAM moped racing and moped cross categories
- Perforation pattern for cylinder studs: 44 x 44 mm
Installation tips:
- Using the shims supplied, various gearboxes with different positions, such as those of the 3-bearing or MBR gearboxes, can be cleanly spaced out. Before reassembly, make sure that the gear wheel is properly centered.
