This gas-nitrided washer is used for the R&R on your Puch moped / moped.
The gas-nitrided washer has a small turned shoulder on the inside diameter to enclose the snap ring.
This 3.5 mm thick shim ring is used for older rear wheel hubs where the round part of the brake anchor plate consists of a thick metal plate and not a rolled sheet metal.
In addition, the spider of these wheel hubs was permanently welded as standard.
