Internal rotor magnetic connection for anticlockwise and clockwise rotating motors.
The electronic ignition is supplied with the base plate from swiing and is therefore suitable for all Puch mopeds such as Maxi S / N with E50 or ZA50 engine, X30 Sport NS / NL (Z50), X30 Sport N-2AH, Supermaxi LG1 / LG2, Velux X30, X30 Racing NG-2AH without any modifications.
Also suitable for all Sachs 502, 50/2, 50/3, 50/4 & 503 engines, as well as Zündapp Belmondo 247 engines.
For the fan-cooled engines, it should be noted that a transition piece must be made from the rotor to the impeller.
This racing ignition is ideal for tuned mopeds.
With integrated speed controller: If the blue cable of the CDI is connected to ground, the speed is throttled to 5000 rpm. Depending on the gear ratio, this corresponds to a speed of approx. 25-35 km/h
Rotor weight: 268 grams
For the basic setting of the ignition, the marking on the pole wheel must match the corresponding marking on the stator when the piston is at TDC.
The installation of a 12 volt voltage regulator is essential, you will find this in the accessories section.
Legendary wiring:
- Stator cable red/black: CDI cable red/black
- Stator cable yellow/green: Ground (bare spot on frame or motor housing)
- Cable stator yellow: Light (unregulated) 0-25V
- Cable stator white: Charging current (unregulated) 0-25V
- Cable CDI orange: Zünd coil
- Cable CDI white-black: Switch-off button (if the cable is connected to ground, the ignition is interrupted)
- Cable CDI black: (connect to ground on ignition coil)
- Cable CDI red/black: Stator
- Cable CDI blue: Speed control, e.g. on switch as on accessories
- .e.g. on switch as listed in the accessories (if the cable is connected to ground, the speed is limited)
