Compared to the original muffler, it offers virtually no increase in performance and should therefore be considered more of a replacement for the original (though it is not approved for use).

To the best of our knowledge, the last Ciao models produced for Germany with a 25 km/h approval were fitted with special cylinders that featured a “tuning lock.” As a result, a racing exhaust with the standard 22 mm connection diameter could not be installed. So if you
own a Swiss model, please use other products available in the accessories section.
