Woodruff key made of hardened special steel, suitable for all Piaggio Ciao, Si, Bravo and Boxer mopeds / mopeds as well as almost all manual Piaggio Vespa scooters on the alternator side of the crankshaft.
The crescent is used both for aligning the timing cam on the crankshaft and for the gearbox input shaft on Piaggio vehicles with variator drive.
The timing spline / torque converter spline has a thicker chamfer on the back, as can also be found on original factory-fitted parts. In contrast to commercially available standard products, this, together with the precisely observed dimensional tolerances, ensures a particularly high fitting accuracy.
