Bearing and shaft seal set for Puch mopeds / mopeds with 1-speed E50 engines (old model).
This bearing set can be installed in Puch Maxi S, Puch Maxi N and Puch Supermaxi LG1 cat engines, among others.
All ball bearings are from the quality brand SKF with increased bearing clearance C3.
The shaft seals (colloquially known as oil seals) are made of fluorine rubber and are resistant up to a temperature of 200°C.
Manufactured NBR shaft seals are temperature-resistant up to 100 °C.
FPM or FKM shaft seals (commonly known as Viton) are particularly suitable for racing, as they are designed for higher speeds and can therefore withstand higher temperatures.
Installation positions of the oil seals:
17/40/7 A (one sealing lip, without dust lip): Crankshaft on the ignition side
22/40/7 DUO (two sealing lips): Crankshaft Clutch side
17/40/7 DUO (two sealing lips): Gear pinion shaft
Note: Suitable for crankshafts which have an enlarged oil seal seat on the clutch side and a bearing with a 12 mm inner ring.
