High-end crankshaft suitable for manual Sachs 503 2 AL, 2 BL mopeds / mopeds.
The limited "Wolfram Edition" of the previously offered 2.0 Racing crankshaft version is an extremely precise and finely balanced crankshaft, specially developed for racing.
The balancing bores are sealed with the heavy metal tungsten, which achieves an absolutely perfect balancing ratio and therefore smooth running with minimal vibrations.
The balancing ratio of the racing shaft has been specially adapted to cylinders with a diameter of 41 mm. The solid connecting rod is equipped with a more stable 16 mm connecting rod bolt and an additional slotted connecting rod foot. In addition, the connecting rod bearings are made of silver and are characterized by excellent emergency running properties.
The needle bearing (12/15 x14.2 mm) is included in the scope of delivery.
Each swiing® «High-End» and «Wolfram Edition» crankshaft is precision-balanced by us to less than 0.02 mm for maximum running smoothness and top performance.

Installation tip:
The transition between the crank webs and the crankpin is provided with a slight radius for reinforcement. In order to be able to distance cleanly, a 16 x 1 mm spacer washer should be used first on the left and right, this is placed cleanly over the chamfer and thus centers itself optimally. The other spacers can be used normally with Ø 15 mm.
