Description

Useful tool for tightening the clutch spring on manual Puch X30 Sport & Puch X30 Velux mopeds / mopeds.
By pretensioning the spring, the nut can be easily mounted on the crankshaft.

The four threaded bolts with hexagon socket are screwed into the corresponding threaded holes. The clutch spring is pretensioned by tightening the four 3D nuts.

Thickness of mounting plate: 6 mm
Threaded bolts: M6 x 70 mm (with hexagon socket)
Nuts: M6 x 18 mm (SW10 mm)

Figures 4 and 5 are for illustrative purposes.
