Screw-toothed driver pinion made of hardened steel for the KTM SX50 clutch on the Puch E50 single-automatic engine of your Puch Maxi S, N and Supermaxi LG1 moped / moped.
Either an E50 kickstarter engine must be used or a similar E50 roll-on engine must be fitted with a kickstarter cover.

The nut is screwed onto the clutch hub and locked with the grub screw. This should be fitted with Loctite threadlocker.
Thread: M10 x 1 mm
Wrench width SW: 17 mm hexagonal
Tightening torque for driver pinion: 35 - 40 Nm
Tightening torque for grub screw: 10 Nm
It is essential to check whether the distance between the driver pinion and the gearbox cover is large enough to prevent the teeth from rubbing against each other when idling. If the latter is the case, the corresponding dimension must be turned off on the clutch side of the driver pinion.
