What is the Kultklub?
Kultklub is mofakult's loyalty program. It's our way of giving something back to our loyal community. As a member, you can receive exclusive, limited-edition rewards that are not available for purchase. It's fun, we promise!

How can I become part of the Kultklub?
If you already have a customer account with us, you are automatically part of the Kultklub. If you don't have one yet, you can register at any time.

Will I receive a physical Kultklub card?
No, the Kultklub is a purely digital program. But if you join, you'll receive various exclusive rewards in the mail.

What are the advantages of Kultklub?
The Kultklub combines the existing benefits of your customer account—such as saved data, faster checkout, and an overview of your orders—with our new loyalty program. You receive exclusive, limited-edition rewards that are not available for purchase. In addition, you can create wish lists, submit product reviews, improve product descriptions, or create a page for your moped gang.

When and how do I receive the benefits?
Once you have registered and placed your first order, you will automatically benefit from the advantages of the Kultklub.

How many Kultklub levels are there?
There are nine levels in total. For each level you reach, you will receive an exclusive reward that cannot be purchased.

How do I reach a higher level?
By collecting points. You can earn points by placing orders, writing reviews, making suggestions for improvement, signing up for the newsletter, creating a moped gang, or sharing wish lists. Inviting friends also earns you points.

Points

How can I see how many points I have or how far I am from the next level?
You can see this on the Kultklub overview page, in your customer account, and also in your shopping cart.

When will I see my earned points?
For orders, your points will usually be credited within 24 hours of shipment. Points for other actions such as reviews or text suggestions will only appear after your contribution has been checked and approved.

Will my points or level expire?
No. Your points and level will remain the same, even if you are inactive for a while.

Can I lose points?
Points may be deducted if you unsubscribe from the newsletter, cancel an order, or return items.

What happens to my points if I return or cancel an order?
In this case, the points awarded for this and any associated level will be deducted retroactively.

Do I earn points when I order as a guest?
No, points are only available with a registered Kultklub account. A customer account is free and definitely worth it.

Do I earn points even though I shop in different countries?
Yes. Even if you shop on different mofakult websites, your Kultklub account remains the same.

Do I get points for previous orders?
No, points are only collected from the moment you register with the Kultklub and place orders using your customer account.

How do I redeem my points?
You don't have to redeem your points yourself. As soon as you reach a new level, the appropriate reward will automatically be included with your next order.

When and how will I receive my reward?
Your reward will automatically appear as an item in your shopping cart and will be sent to you with your next order.

What should I do if I haven't received my reward?
Please contact us directly by email: info@mofakult.de.

Can I receive multiple rewards at the same time?
Yes. If you reach multiple levels at once, you will receive all corresponding rewards collected with your next order.

Are there exclusive promotions only for Kultklub members?
Yes, as a Kultklub member, you get access to special benefits and exclusive goodies that are not available in the shop.

Can I see what reward awaits me in the next level?
Yes. You can find a preview of all rewards in your customer account on the Kultklub overview page - if you don't want any spoilers, it's best not to look. ;)

How does inviting friends work?
You will find a personal referral link in your customer account. When someone places an order using this link, you will automatically receive points.

Can I transfer my points to another account?
No, it is not possible to transfer points to another account.

Can customer accounts be merged?
Unfortunately, that is not possible either. If you have a duplicate account, please contact us and we will be happy to delete the redundant account for you.

Can I unsubscribe from the Kultklub?
Yes, you can delete your customer account—and thus also your Kultklub membership. Simply send us an email at info@mofakult.de.

Are there any restrictions on the functions?
Currently, only the use of the wish list feature is limited to ten posts per month. If you encounter any technical issues, please contact us at info@mofakult.de.

How do I qualify for free shipping?
You get free shipping from level 7 onwards. You can find all the information about the levels and rewards on the Kultklub overview page.

Can I combine my pocket money voucher with other promotions?
Yes, your pocket money voucher can be combined with other discounts—but please note the respective promotional conditions.

What should I do if my points total is incorrect or I have not received any points?
In this case, please contact us at info@mofakult.de.

Why haven't I received any points for my product review or optimization of a product description yet? 
Product reviews and description optimizations are reviewed by our customer service team. This can take up to 7 business days. After that, you will automatically receive your points.

What should I do if my question still hasn't been answered?
Please contact us at info@mofakult.de and we will answer any questions you may have.
