If you have an older-generation ABL engine (up to engine number 9,504,769) and want to install this shaft, you must either replace the clutch basket with the one from the newer model, or various modifications must be made to the crankshaft and the clutch housing. Our customer service department can provide you with more detailed information, explanations, and instructions.
Notes:
Before ordering, be sure to compare the engine numbers as well as the exact illustrations to avoid mix-ups.
We recommend pressing the clutch completely onto the crankshaft once before installation. This will make the full installation easier later on.
